Woodlands Apartment Communities is Formed
Leonard & Kevin Wood form Woodlands Apartment Communities to build attainable housing in the Greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
Kevin Wood Departs Vista to co-found Woodlands Apartment Communities
2018
Kevin Wood Becomes VP of Development for Vista Realty
Shortly after departing from Gables Residential, Kevin becomes Vice President of Development for Vista Realty.
2014
Kevin Wood Becomes Construction Project Manager for Gables Residential
Kevin Wood becomes the Construction Project Manager for Gables Residential for a four year period (2014 – 2018)

Leonard Wood sells GLJ Partners to Trammell Crow Residential
Leonard Wood sells GLJ Partners to Trammell Crow Residential and joins their Advisory Board where he currently still serves.

Kevin Wood Becomes Construction Project Manager for Creekwood Construction Services

Kevin Wood Becomes Investment Sales Financial Analyst at CBRE Miami
Kevin Wood Receives MBA from the University of North Carolina

Forms GLJ Partners to Develop Apartments for Southern California
Shortly after the sale to CBRE Investors, Leonard Wood retires and forms GLJ Partners to develop apartments for Southern California.
Wood Partners Sells 51% of the company to CBRE Investors

TCR sold its Midwestern assets and operations to Avalon Properties, Inc. (NYSE) and AMLI Residential Properties Trust
TCR Southwestern assets and operations sold to BRE Properties
