Leonard Wood Sr and his son Kevin Wood combine for over 40 years of combined experience in the Atlanta Multifamily Industry. Beginning in 1985, Leonard Sr has developed over xx,xxx Atlanta-area multifamily units. Kevin has worked as a financial analyst for CBRE, in property management for Greystar, as an asset manager and construction manager for Rialto, and as a construction manager for Gables Residential. Most recently, Kevin served as Vice President of Development for Vista Realty Partners where he developed two successful suburban garden apartment deals.
